Event Description
<p>The <a href="https://www.hks.harvard.edu/centers/taubman/programs-research/pepg" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Program on Education Policy and Governance</a> Colloquium Series was initiated in the spring of 2004 to foster an interest in education research within the Harvard community by inviting top scholars from across the country to present their recent research findings in an open discussion with colloquium attendees.</p><p> </p><p>PEPG welcomes Rick Hess, senior fellow and director of education policy studies at American Enterprise Institute, and Andy Rotherham, co-founder and senior partner of Bellwether Education Partners, to discuss what can be expected in federal education policy after the 120th Congress is sworn in next January, as well as at the state and municpal level. The conversation will be moderated James Peyser, former Massachusetts Secretary of Education.</p>
