Event Description
<p>Please join us at Nye ABC to learn more about the work of the Carr-Ryan Center for Human Rights. We will provide light refreshments and you can learn about our work from our Faculty and Staff. </p><p> </p><p>Since 1999, the Center at Harvard Kennedy School has tackled some of the world’s most urgent challenges—from genocide and torture to violence against women, human trafficking, racial justice, transitional justice, and LGBTQI+ rights. </p><p> </p><p>Now led by Director Mathias Risse and Executive Director Maggie Gates, the Carr-Ryan Center is expanding its work on technology and human rights, nonviolent social movements, and renewing rights and responsibilities in the United States. </p>
