<p>This hybrid seminar is part of M-RCBG's Tech & Regulation series.</p><p> </p><p>This talk, given by Ori Schwartz, Head of the Competition Division, OECD, will examine how competition dynamics are evolving across the artificial intelligence value chain, from upstream inputs such as compute, cloud services, data, and energy, to downstream applications including search, messaging, and other AI-enabled services. Drawing on recent OECD work, it explores emerging sources of market power, vertical relationships across the AI stack, and the potential for competition bottlenecks and risks. The discussion will highlight key implications for competition policy, enforcement, and regulatory coordination in quickly evolving AI-related markets.</p><p> </p><p>A Harvard ID is required to attend in person, where light refreshments will be served.
